She’s also a self-proclaimed crunchy, granola mom who loves cooking, hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors with her family. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a minor in Biology, and life experiences in Utah, Alaska, and Colorado, Erica brings both analytical insight and a broad perspective to her work on the Gulf Coast.
