Words alone do not describe the home buying experience that Erica Davies shared with my girlfriend and I. We are both Alabama natives, but not of Mobile. We spent 2 years renting in the Midtown Mobile market and fell in love with the old historic charm, friendly neighbors, and atmosphere in general. When we decided that we were going to be buying a home in this area, we were not sure where to turn. This is where Erica stepped in. She provided us with a step by step guide as to how the entire home buying process worked. We gave her a list of what we were looking for, and she scheduled an afternoon of browsing for our favorite listings that she had provided. We started looking at houses at 5 pm and by 11 pm, we had made an offer on our dream home. She not only had the selling agent on the phone late on a Friday afternoon, but also had our offer submitted on this listing by Midnight. After the accepted offer, she guided us through the remaining steps, and was very attentive and knowledgeable throughout each process. I would highly recommend Erica to any first time homebuyer/seller or anyone with relator needs. Honestly, this was a process that I was dreading, but Erica made me feel at ease and used her vast amount of resources and experience to insure we had an awesome first-time home buying journey!

My wife and I were in the beginning stages of looking for our first home when Erica Davies first made contact with us. She was recommended by a colleague of mine and although we were still a few months out from being ready to view homes, we decided it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and meet with her. Admittedly, having never dealt with a real estate agent before, I was expecting to meet what was, in my mind, your 'typical' real estate agent - pushy, aggressive, and willing to do anything to close the deal. Erica is none of those things. At our initial meeting, Erica laid out the framework for what goes into purchasing a home. She covered everything - from pre-approval to closing and all pertinent steps in between. Being first time home buyers, this was incredibly helpful and eye opening. After that meeting, she only contacted us again after we said we were ready. During our search, Erica was quick to send us any new inventory that fit our needs and budget. She was always readily available to answer questions about a home and do any research necessary to get the answers we needed. She was honest and upfront throughout the entire process. As a result of her dedication and knowledge of the market, we were able to find, offer and close on an amazing home in only a few months!

The bottom line - we knew we were not Erica's only clients. But she made us feel like we were. And that kind of service is severely lacking in today's world. We highly recommend Erica Davies, and will definitely enlist her services again when the time comes. Thanks Erica!

My reason to sell was due to a corporate relocation and Erica made the process so simple. She told me everything I needed to be aware of and what the game plan was going to be. My move was stress free because of Erica! She was always on my side and trying to bring the best to the table for me.
