We definitely recommend Erica Davies when you are searching to purchase a home. If you're a first time, second, or experience buyer! We were so nervous about purchasing our first home. But Erica welcomed us with open arms. She's very detailed and very honest about the entire process. She didn't just start us off with showing homes but she presented us with the entire process step by step with a PowerPoint and then we got right into the homes we wanted to check out. Because of Erica, we even found our painter. She's a blessing to us and will always be apart of our lives even after this. She doesn't just guide you into home buying but if you need anything else for your home, she's right there. You won't regret it one bit!

I Listed my home with Erica and received multiple offers within the first two days! She sold my home quickly and the whole process was really smooth. Erica's team was great about sending out weekly updates to let me know the progress. Also, she used high quality professional photos that really made the house pop. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent!

We had originally had this home on the market with another agent but after a few months of few calls, we changed over to Erica. From the get go, she was knowledgeable, realistic, and helpful. Beyond that, we live out of the area and she was THERE with us when there was a freeze (running over to the house making sure the faucets didn't freeze up), helped with getting the contractors in and out and checking behind them. Even more, she had open houses and kept in COMMUNICATION with us constantly. Once we had an offer, she fought for us and represented us in a way that all parties were happy with the outcome. As a side note, her office manager is amazing. I had a situation where we had a large water bill and with no one in the house, it was concerning. Her office manager went to the home immediately to ensure there was no running toilet or house flooded. I would easily say Erica is one of the top agents in the area and provided us with not just a house sale, but a real experience and customer service rarely found in ANY industry. We cannot thank her enough.

Erica truly understood what my wife and I were looking for in our first home and took the time to educate us about the home buying process before she showed us the first house. She also made sure we got the best deal possible on the house we chose! We encountered delays with our closing date that were out of our control, but Erica worked relentlessly to ensure that we closed as soon as possible and kept us informed every step of the way. In the face of delays and surprises, Erica was reassuring and optimistic that we would get the outcome that we wanted, and she was instrumental in delivering that outcome. There is no other realtor I would rather work with.

I'm hoping that my review will give you the confidence to use Erica as your realtor without feeling any need to look elsewhere. I rarely will write a review for someone unless I feel passionate about it. Erica was my realtor for both buying and selling my home. After explaining what I was looking for in a house within a day she had found one that was exactly what I wanted at an amazing deal. I had the house for seven years, primarily as a rental and it performed beyond what I had hoped. I called recently and explained my situation and after Erica had previously recommended holding my rental (try find a realtor who will talk you out of selling because its whats best for you) this time we decided it was a good time to sell. I basically told Erica, 'Tell me what to sign, and what to do to get it ready to sell and I will do it.' I followed her guidance and it was sold higher than my asking price within hours of being on the market. Erica is a genius realtor. I genuinely mean that, she knows what she is doing and makes every decision with 100% confidence. If you have a question she will get you an answer. In seven years of working with her I have never been left unsure about anything. But, more importantly than the astounding knowledge she brings is her trustworthiness. YOU will be her biggest interest, not the sale. You will struggle to find a realtor who makes the experience of buying or selling genuinely about your best interests. I promise you that you will not doubt for a second that with Erica that your best interests are all that matter to her.
