We definitely recommend Erica Davies when you are searching to purchase a home. If you're a first time, second, or experience buyer! We were so nervous about purchasing our first home. But Erica welcomed us with open arms. She's very detailed and very honest about the entire process. She didn't just start us off with showing homes but she presented us with the entire process step by step with a PowerPoint and then we got right into the homes we wanted to check out. Because of Erica, we even found our painter. She's a blessing to us and will always be apart of our lives even after this.
