Erica is amazing! Helped us as first time home buyers buy and sell our first home! We were new to the area and she did so much to educate and help up find the perfect area and home for us. Selling was also such an easy process, and we were very informed and involved in everything along the way. Would highly recommend Erica and her team!!

It was a pleasure working with Erica. Any time that I needed her, she was there. She is very knowledgeable about everything from fha mortgages to questions about homes. If there was anything she needed to check on, she would let me know asap. I work 12-13hr shifts, which was no problem with Erica. She really goes above and beyond.

Erica Davies knows the real estate market for her area very well. She came to every meeting prepared with printouts, comparable properties, and a knowledge of other homes in our neighborhood that were also on the market. She guided us in preparing our home for sale, lined up photos and made sure we listed for a fair but competitive price. She also gave great advice throughout the process and helped manage our listing for us since we had already left the area. She arranged cleaning, lawn care and even a small job that needed to be done before closing. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs in the Mobile area.

We had an amazing experience with Erica - she is diligent, hard-working, and available. She has a large network of professionals to call on when you need a quote. We needed a roof quote, a foundation inspection, and a termite inspection, and she had names and numbers immediately. She had great ideas to help us secure our offer on the home - our offer price was identical to two others, but we won because of other contingencies she suggested. No doubt we got our house because of her hard work and great ideas. We will never use another Realtor - she has won our business for life.
